Common scheduling patterns

Report: Tour Overview
Frequency: Daily
Recipient: Tour manager
Delivers a summary of the previous day’s performance every morning.
Report: Tour Overview + Profit Report
Frequency: Weekly
Recipient: Artist management team
A weekly digest of tour performance and profitability.
Report: Settlement Report
Frequency: Per-event
Recipient: Tour manager + accountant
Automatically generates the settlement report after each show for quick reconciliation.
Report: Inventory Holdings
Frequency: Weekly
Recipient: Merch director

Start with a daily Tour Overview and a per-event Settlement Report. These two schedules alone save significant manual work during an active tour.
