The Transactions page is your complete record of every financial interaction — every sale, refund, exchange, and comp across all events and channels.
Viewing transactions
Navigate to Finance → Transactions in the dashboard. You’ll see a chronological list of all transactions with key details at a glance.
Transaction details
Each transaction includes:

| Transaction ID | Unique identifier |
| Date & time | When the transaction occurred |
| Event | Which show date |
| Booth | Which selling location |
| Staff | Who processed the transaction |
| Fan | Associated fan profile (if captured) |
| Items | Products sold (with sizes) |
| Subtotal | Pre-tax amount |
| Tax | Tax charged |
| Tips | Tip amount |
| Total | Final amount charged |
| Payment method | Card, cash, split, or external |
| Status | Completed, refunded, partially refunded, exchanged |
Filtering and search
Find specific transactions using:
- Date range — Filter by time period
- Event — See transactions from a specific show
- Booth — Filter by selling location
- Staff member — See one person’s transactions
- Payment method — Card only, cash only, etc.
- Fan — All transactions for a specific fan
- Status — Filter by completed, refunded, etc.
Transaction types
| Type | Description |

| Sale | Standard purchase |
| Refund | Full or partial return of a previous sale |
| Exchange | Item swap (may include a price difference) |
| Comp | Free item issued by staff |
| Mobile order | Purchase made through the mobile ordering system |
| Online order | Purchase made through the Fanpass online store |
Receipts
For any transaction, you can:
- View the receipt — See a detailed breakdown
- Resend the receipt — Email or SMS a receipt to the fan
- Share receipt link — Generate a shareable URL for the transaction
Exporting transactions
Export your transaction data for external reporting or accounting:
- Apply any filters you need (date range, event, etc.)
- Click Export
- Download the CSV with full transaction details
Transaction exports are commonly used for reconciliation with external accounting systems, tax filing, and end-of-tour financial reviews.
