The checkout flow
Tap items on the register layout to add them to the order. For sized items, you’ll be prompted to select a size.
Capturing fan info at the booth is one of the most valuable things your staff can do. It connects the purchase to a real person in your database.
If tipping is enabled, the fan sees tip options on screen. They select a tip amount (or skip) and confirm.
Bundles on the POS
When processing a bundle sale:- Fixed bundles — Tap the bundle on the register and all included items are added automatically
- Pick-any bundles — Tap the bundle, then select the individual items the fan wants from the eligible pool
Promotions
If the tour has active promotions (giveaway, BOGO, spend threshold, etc.), the POS automatically detects qualifying transactions and:- Applies the promotion — Discounts or free items are added to the order
- Notifies the staff — A visual indicator shows when a promotion triggers
- Records the reward — The fan’s reward is logged for fulfillment
Fan lookup
During checkout, looking up a fan by phone number lets you:- See their purchase history with this artist
- Check for unclaimed rewards or eligible discounts
- Verify their Fanpass status
- Apply Fanpass-exclusive pricing if configured
Tips for fast checkout
- Learn the register layout — Familiarize yourself with where items are before the show starts
- Pre-select popular sizes — Know your best sellers and have the size picker ready
- Use card readers — Card transactions are faster than making change for cash
- Capture fans efficiently — Ask “Can I get your phone number?” as you’re selecting items, not after
