Setting up Fanpass is done from the Fanpass section of your dashboard. Here’s how to create a polished, on-brand fan experience.

Branding

The first thing fans see is your Fanpass page. Make it look great.

Visual identity

1
Upload a background image
2
Choose a high-quality image that represents the artist. This is the hero visual fans see when they land on the Fanpass page.
3

Welcome message

Write a welcome message that fans see when they first visit. This is your chance to tell them what they’ll get by signing up — exclusive access, rewards, early merch drops, etc.

Fanpass mode

Choose how you want the Fanpass experience to work:
ModeDescription
FullComplete experience with wallet pass, online store, rewards, and all features
CollectSimplified mode focused on capturing fan contact info
Use Full mode if you want the complete Fanpass experience. Use Collect mode if you just need to build your email/SMS list quickly.

Visibility

Control who can access your Fanpass:
  • Public — Anyone with the link can sign up
  • Private — Only fans with a direct invitation can access it

Online merch

When enabled, your Fanpass page includes a full online merch store:
  • Fans can browse items marked as available online in your merch catalog
  • They can add items to cart, select sizes, and check out
  • Orders can be set for pickup at a show or shipping
Only merch items with “Available Online” toggled on in the catalog will appear in the online store.

Tracking pixels

For marketing attribution, you can add tracking pixels to your Fanpass page:
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Google Analytics
These fire when fans visit your page, sign up, or make a purchase — helping you measure the ROI of your social media campaigns.

Embed code

Want to add Fanpass sign-up to your own website? Fanhaven generates an embed code you can drop into any webpage. This creates a branded widget that lets fans sign up without leaving your site.

Sharing your Fanpass

Once configured, share your Fanpass with fans through:
  • Direct link — Your unique URL (e.g., fanhaven.com/your-artist)
  • QR code — Generate and print for merch tables, posters, and screens
  • Social media — Share the link in bios, stories, and posts
  • Email — Include in newsletters and marketing emails
