How it works
From the artist’s Fanpass page or a direct link, the fan browses available merch, selects items and sizes, and checks out with their phone.
The order appears in real-time on the POS app and in the dashboard. Staff are notified of new incoming orders.
Enabling mobile orders
Mobile ordering is toggled at the tour level:- Navigate to your tour settings
- Enable Mobile Ordering
- Configure the required settings (see below)
Configuration options

| Pickup booth | Which booth fans should go to for pickups |
| Shipping | Allow fans to have orders shipped instead of picking up |
| Fanpass required | Require fans to have a Fanpass before placing a mobile order |
Available inventory
Mobile orders pull from the same inventory as POS sales. Only items marked as Available Online in the merch catalog will appear for mobile ordering.Benefits
