# What is Fanpass?

> Give every fan a branded digital identity tied to your artist.

**Fanpass** is Fanhaven's fan identity system. It creates a direct, lasting connection between artists and their fans — both at live shows and online.

## How it works

When a fan signs up for an artist's Fanpass, they get:

## Why Fanpass matters

  They can now browse the online merch store, earn rewards, get exclusive discounts, and build their fan profile with every interaction.
